Steve Finley smashed 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI as the very talented Caracas
Leones defeated the reeling Burbank Tigers by the score of 7 to 5 at Pro
Player Stadium.
Finley led the offense for Caracas. He popped a two-run clout over the fence
in the 2nd inning and lifted one out of the park for a two run home run (his
26th of the season) in the 8th inning. Caracas rapped out 8 hits for the
afternoon.
Billy Wagner(3-2) got the win allowing no runs in 3 innings. Yhency
Brazoban(1-3) took the loss in relief. He surrendered 3 hits and 2 walks in
1 and 2/3 innings.
